	NEWARK MANOR BED AND BREAKFAST Home Away From Home We offer complimentary beverages, coffee, tea are available at anytime during your stay. You will enjoy a full country breakfast in our charming Colonial style dining room. Our breakfast will include freshly squeezed orange juice, or a special smoothie, fresh baked goods will be available daily. We offer 3 Newly decorated rooms. The rates for all guest rooms for 2010 are $130.00 per night plus applicable taxes. The Chardonay, The Merlot room and the Vineyard Room are waiting for you to come and relax and enjoy. All of the rooms have their own private ensuite. We provide complimentary toiletries for your convenience as well as hair dryers. Each room includes a flat screen T.V., wireless internet access, and clock radio. We have one adult calico cat who lives in our private area. We offer adult accomodations, in a smoke free home. 	THE VINEYARDS BED & BREAKFAST One, Two or more Night Reservations Welcome in our 2 Bedroom Suite that is Centrally located in the Niagara Area! The room will be booked as a 2 Bedroom Suite whether or not both rooms are used by the same party. If only 2 guests have booked a reservation for the night and wish to stay in Room 1 with the King bed, we will not book the other room to another party. The Room Rate is based on Double Occupancy for Low Season (May - October) and High Season (November - April). We also have a per person rate for a 3rd and 4th Guest that will occupy the Suite too for a Maximum of 4 Guests in the 2 Bedroom Suite.
